 The Arctic Combat Headquarter is recruiting SGMs (Support Game Master) to be

 a part of Arctic Combat.

 SGMs will cooperate with AC GMs and be a part of the AC Support Team.
 
 1. What is an SGM?
 : SGMs support AC GMs in the game and community as a 'Support Game Master' (SGM)

 2. Application Requirements?
   a) Over age of 18
   b) Literate in English + local language
   c) FPS gamer who loves Arctic Combat
   d) Has sufficient time to work as a SGM
   e) Can follow instructions given by GMs and is willing to help other AC Veterans

 3. SGM Hierarchy
   One SGM Leader (will be decided later) and 20 SGMs for each region

 4. Benefits and Duties
   a) Monthly reward of $10,000 in W-Coins
     * Earned W-Coins can be only used in Arctic Combat and cannot be given to others.
   b) Answer and help local players in the AC community
   c) Play AC with local players and help with any game related questions
   d) Support and reply to multi-lingual players
   e) Support various AC events
   f) Monitor and report hack program users
   g) Report Bugs and Errors

 * SGM must fully read and understand the SGM Policy,

  and if violated will conclude in a withdrawal of SGM authority.
